General Description: This is a perfect introductory course to help you learn about sailing. It will provide the necessary knowledge to sail a boat of about 20 feet in light to moderate winds and sea conditions in familiar waters without supervision.

Format: Typically taught on Bangs Lake, in Wauconda, IL. It is offered as a weekday, evening or weekend course, 4, 3 hour courses or 3, 4 hour courses.

Cost: $375 (includes necessary course materials and 1yr ASA membership) - $50.00 discount per person when taught as a couple or friends.
